Chris Brown has found himself in hot water once again. According to the Washington Metropolitan Police Department, Brown and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with felony assault early Sunday morning.
Paul Metcalf, a D.C. police spokesperson, said that Brown got into a physical altercation with an adult male near the W hotel around 4:25am this morning.
According to Brown’s twitter account he was in Washington D.C. to host a “homecoming party” at The Park at Fourteen nightclub Saturday night, which was just four blocks from where he was arrested.

Along with Brown another man, Christoper Holloway, was also arrested for being involved in the “physical altercation” with another unidentified man.
Not much was given about the alleged unidentified victim of the Brown assault other than that he’s alive and had been taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
Brown and Hollosy are currently in custody and are expected to remain in custody pending a court appearance on Monday, according to Metcalf.
Brown has been dealing with legal problems with his infamous assault arrest of then-girlfriend singer, Rihanna. Brown is on probation still for the felony domestic assault against Rihanna. He’s had probation violations filed twice against him this year which resulted in a judge ordering him to do 1000 hours of community service this past August.
We’ll keep you posted on any updates that come in on Brown’s legal issues, but for now all we know is that he will be in court Monday and that he also has a probation status hearing set for November 20.
