We recently celebrated 20 years of spells and mischief with one of everyone’s favorite Halloween flicks, Hocus Pocus.
The spooky tale of the Sanderson Sisters (Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy and Bette Midler) has been entertaining audiences for years, and freaking some of us out, but we love it!
We aren’t the only ones who love the film; Bette Midler, who starred as Winnifred in the flick, recently stopped by Katie (Katie Couric) who told the star, “I remember when that movie came out, and I loved it. I watched it with my daughters.” Midler gushed about the movie, which happens to be one of her favorites.
“Oh, I love it. I love it,” Midler told Katie Couric. “We made at before the tidal wave of Halloween happened. Now it’s like huge. It’s huge. Kids, grown-ups, everyone takes part in it. This movie was kind of like the beginning of the wave. We had a great time making it. It was Kathy Najimy, Sarah Jessica Parker and I and we laughed the whole time … we just had the best time.”
We have the best time watching it, Bette!
