Two weeks ago, Miley announced that she would embark on a tour based on her latest number one album, Bangerz.
The tour, titled “Bangerz World Tour,” will kick off next Valentine’s Day in Vancouver. Only North American dates have been announced so far, but Miley has expressed interest in also visiting Australia and Europe.

Miley hasn’t toured in North America since her 2009 tour, “Wonder World Tour.” Her last tour, “Gypsy Heart Tour,” was in 2011; she only visited South America, Asia, and Australia.
She commented on not touring in America or Canada, saying, “I just think right now America has gotten to a place where I don’t know if they want me to tour or not. Right now I just want to go to the places where I am getting the most love and Australia and South America have done that for me. I don’t want to go anywhere where I don’t feel completely comfortable with it.”
Both of her previous tours were successful, with most dates on her 2009 tour selling out and all of the concerts on her 2011 tour selling out instantly. With her latest success, which tops her previous albums, this tour is bound to be her biggest one yet.
Tickets go on sale Saturday, November 16 via Live Nation, but American Express card members have a chance to get tickets early on Tuesday, November 12.
