The Stig, the highly popular tame racing driver from motoring television show Top Gear, has been spotted casually standing on the side of the road at the A82 in Inverness. If you want to find him yourself, just go on Google Maps and use IV63 6XJ as the postcode.
Best known for the running joke of his anonymity, The Stig is also responsible for recording lap times on the show and helping train the celebrity guests for the star in the reasonably priced car. Remarkably, this isn’t the first time The Stig has been captured by the mapping photography. He had been seen previously driving a Lego racecar around a race track.
If you want to see The Stig again in his natural habitat, Top Gear returns to the BBC for series 21 on January 26th.
