Matt Smith Naked In New Doctor Who Christmas Special Pictures

Happy Christmas, Whovians! To keep the holiday tradition of BBC Christmas specials alive and well, the Doctor Who team has released new stills from “The Time of the Doctor” Christmas episode!

This will not be the first time that the Doctor has been seen naked on BBC television. In recent memory, David Tennant’s Tenth Doctor (well, technically TenTwo) appears in his birthday suit in front of his then companion, Donna Noble. The two exchange several exclamations over his nudity, much to the amusement of the show’s fans.

This time will be no different. From the shared pictures, it appears that Matt Smith’s Eleventh Doctor will be stripped of his usual suit and bow tie in front of his current companion, Clara Oswald. Jenna Coleman’s Clara points in surprise at her Doctor’s exposure in one picture, causing him to look very embarrassed.

The pictures arrived fresh from the BBC after they aired an all new trailer for “The Time of the Doctor” Christmas special.

Watch these pictures come to life within the episode’s plot when it airs on Christmas Day (December 25) at 7.30PM on BBC and BBC One.
