We have some awesome news for Peggy Carter fans.
According to The Mirror, Hayley Atwell signed up for a Marvel TV spinoff based around her Captain America character Peggy Carter.
Even though there hasn’t been a confirmation from Marvel, an Agent Carter spinoff was said to be on the list of potential new TV projects from Marvel.
Hayley Atwell has said that she would definitely take part on a potential Marvel TV series, after appearing in the one-shot film Agent Carter.
“The one-shot was so successful, the fan base were like, ‘We want more of Peggy!’. I think Marvel probably take that very seriously, and it’s certainly something I would be a part of doing. I’d be interested to show different sides of Peggy”, she told Digital Spy.
We will see Atwell as Peggy Carter once more in the upcoming film Captain America: The Winter Soldier. The movie will be released on April 4th in the US and May 2nd in the UK.
