It has only just come back to our screens after an extremely long two year break but already we have the trailer for Sherlock’s last season 3 adventure – “His Last Vow”! The preview premiered following the second season three episode of Sherlock tonight (January 5).
For the final mystery, ace detective Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) will meet his newest enemy: Charles Augustus Magnussen (Lars Mikkelsen). Magnussen threatens that he could destroy the lives of everyone Sherlock loves and “everything he holds dear.”
Trouble may be afoot for the consulting detective as his brother Mycroft Holmes (Mark Gatiss) warns: “You go against Magnussen, you’re going against me.”
Could this new enemy rock the relationship between the Holmes brothers for good? Catch the season three finale of Sherlock on January 12 airing on BBC One to find out.
