In a video promoting the 86th annual Academy Awards, host Ellen DeGeneres was cut short! As a comedian, we could not expect anything shy of a funny commercial from Ellen.
The 15 second video shows Ellen thanking the Academy for asking her to host the awards once again only to be cut off by the infamous orchestra, signaling to recipients that their talking time is up, and eventually being completely cut off by an announcer.

This is Ellen’s second year to host the awards after being nominated for a Primetime Emmy award for hosting the 2007 Academy Awards. Ellen will be taking the place of Seth McFarlene who hosted the awards last year.
