A big part of my job is to accelerate our ability to bring innovative products to our customers more quickly.”

Satya Nadella, an Indian immigrant who has spent 22 years with the company, has made major technological ground with cloud services that are the foundation for Office 365, XBOX Live, and Bing. But he realizes that there is work to be done within Microsoft—including gaining relevance in the mobile community.
