Could Evangeline Lilly be joining Paul Rudd in Ant-Man? According to The Hollywood Reporter, it’s a possibility!!
Very hot Marvel news broke this morning that “Lost” and “Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug” star, Evangeline Lily, was being courted for the upcoming Ant-Man movie starring Paul Rudd as our superhero.
While the report isn’t sure who Lily would be playing, it’s being said that it won’t be “a one off appearance.”
Immediately, fans began to assume she would nab the role of Janet Van Dyne (The Wasp), but nothing has been confirmed. That role has had other names rumored to be considered for it, such as Bryce Dallas Howard and Rashida Jones. I’m pretty sure I’d be okay with either Lily or Bryce, but Rashida doesn’t seem like a fit.
Right?
Back to Lily- Other rumors are rumbling, speculating that she could be cast as Hank Pym’s daughter, to be by Oscar winner Michael Douglas.
