Heads up Parks and Recreation fans; Jeff Tweedy from the popular alt rock band Wilco will soon be headed to your screens! Tweedy’s character will be the former lead singer of a band called Land Ho! Unlike his actual band, Land Ho! has gone though a nasty falling out.
Michael Schur (the producer of Parks & Rec) told EW “Leslie (Amy Poehler) and Andy (Chris Pratt) are trying to convince him to reunite for the big Unity Concert they are organizing to solidify the merger of Pawnee and Eagleton.”
The episode in which Tweedy will be guest starring has not yet received a specific air date, but is planned for “early spring.”
