We all love spinoff shows right? Well, what better way to make Arrow’s spinoff show, Flash, spectacular than putting former ‘Ed’ star Tom Cavanagh in the main role of Harrison Wells.
The Flash, as we all know, is the world’s fastest man. Grant Gustin will play Barry Allen (Flash) in the show. Allen is a police forensics investigator, looking into a series of robberies in Starling City when the sudden explosion of Wells lab nearby, causes him to gain unearthly powers.
Getting back to Cavanagh. As mentioned before Cavanagh is set to play physicist Harrison Wells, the mind behind Central City’s S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator. After his lab explodes he is seen as an outcast, only gaining redemption when he realizes the lab’s explosion somehow creates the fastest man alive.
