Two first-look photos have emerged cluing Glee fans in to what their favorite characters have in store for their spring premiere.

The first of the two photos depicts Lea Michele’s Rachel Berry in a photo shoot promoting her starring role in the show’s Broadway revival of Funny Girl, the film that debuted a young Barbara Streisand in 1968.

The second photo released shows Naya Rivera’s Santana landing the  role of Ms. Berry’s  understudy.

Tensions between the two characters are set to “turn violent” and this will significantly affect their living situation, according to Matt Mitovich of TVLine.

The episode will be fittingly titled “Frenemies”, and will mark Glee’s return to the small-screen on February 25.  The landmark 100th episode of the show will be aired on March 18. Keep up to date with PopWrapped’s Gleekuary, a special celebration of this impressive achievement.
