Apparently like daughter, like father.

Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus has decided to take the approach like his pop star daughter Miley and mix hip-hop into his genre.

Cyrus has released his 1992 song, “Achy Breaky Heart” featuring rapper Buck 22.

The song features a re-mastered beat, and added verses from the rapper.

A video for the remix was posted onto VEVO Tuesday, with an introduction of Larry King reporting an unidentified flying object over Kentucky, then transitioning to Cyrus on a spaceship with scantily clad women dancing as he plays guitar and sports sunglasses.(Sunglasses on a spaceship? Come on Billy Ray.)

Rapper Buck 22 makes references to his relatively unknown place in the industry rapping, “Been next to BRC on TMZ, got everyone wonderin’ who I am.”

Another part goes as far as to reference a wrecking ball; we can only wonder what Miley thinks of this newfound hip hop appreciation from her father.
