Newest Story Trailer For “Watch Dogs” Released

The trailer for the highly anticipated video game Watch Dogs is now available, along with news that the game will be released on May 27^th, 2014.

The date was announced officially after it had reportedly appeared at the end of the latest trailer for the game, on Xbox.com. The brand new trailer followed the announcement.

Geoffrey Sardin, Ubisoft EMEA Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, spoke about the game, saying,” We are extremely confident that the additional time we afforded the dev team to refine and polish the game will be more than worth the wait.”

The newest trailer features glimpses of the story of the game along with main character Aiden Pearce’s back-story.

According to PSU.com,”Both the Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 versions of Watch Dogs will include 60 minutes of additional gameplay.”

SCEA’s Michael Pattison said,” We’re really excited for the launch of Watch Dogs on both PS3 and PS4 and are confident that it will prove to be one of the standouts games of 2014.”

He also added,” It’s a unique and visionary game and we believe that the exclusive content available via PSN will not only excite gamers, but showcase how Playstation is a preferred destination for Watch Dogs.”

Watch Dogs will be available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The Wii U version is expected to be released at a later date.
