Jeffrey Simon Hubbard, who was convicted of homicide by vessel among other charges in a case regarding the death of Usher’s stepson, has been sentenced to four years in prison.
Hubbard was involved in a jet ski crash in summer of 2012 in Atlanta that killed 11-year-old Kile Glover. Glover was riding on an inner tube when Hubbard, riding a jet ski, collided with the boy.
Glover died days later.
