Oh SXSW, how we love thee! The latest news coming from the technology/film/music mecca in Austin, Texas is for all you Game Of Thrones lovers out there (myself included). Westeros came to life in an awesome exhibit thanks to the ever-amazing Occulus Rift virual reality console, insanely gorgeous props from the set itself and the storyboards that were the baby steps leading to the series’ usually sexy yet bloody outcomes. If that wasn’t enough, three of the show’s stars were on hand to answer questions and…. DJ?
Maisie Williams (Arya Stark), Kristian Nairn ( Hodor), and Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth) entertained fans with on-set secrets as well as insights into their personal lives. Oh, and Hodor DJ’d the HBO-sponsored party Friday night. I’m pretty sure my life is complete now that I’ve seen Hodor at the turn tables, a mere few feet away from the Iron Throne itself.
