The hit TNT series Rizzoli & Isles will address the death of one of its own in its upcoming fifth season.
One of the show’s stars, Angie Harmon, took to Twitter to let fans know of the plans to honor the late Lee Thompson Young in the beginning of the show’s fifth season.

Young tragically passed away last summer of an apparent suicide. The cast also paid tribute to the late actor by refraining from live tweeting the show’s season four finale, which aired on Tuesday, March 18.
Jan Nash, the executive producer of Rizzoli & Isles, let fans know that the social media silence was in honor of Young. “Out of respect for our colleague Lee Thompson Young, the staff of R&I will not be live tweeting during tonight’s episode”, she said.
You can see the tribute for Young in the first two episodes of season 5 of Rizzoli & Isles which is set to premiere Tuesday, June 17 at 9/8c on TNT.
