We would be lying if we said the Cupcake ATM had never crossed our minds. Well, Sprinkles Cupcakes has made our daydream a reality! The New York-based company has answered the prayers of any New Yorker with a sweet tooth, and has built a cupcake bank.
How can you tell it apart from the surrounding buildings? It’s bright pink.
With a swipe of your credit/debit card, you can get a fresh cupcake dispensed directly from the “bank” ATM. It even comes in a cute, single serve box!
The cupcake ATM made our dreams a reality this past Tuesday, and folks were already lining up around the corner at 8:30AM. There are several flavors to choose from once the touch screen has been activated: black and white, chocolate coconut, Cuban coffee, dark chocolate, lemon meringue, red velvet, strawberry vanilla, and vanilla milk chocolate!
Company representatives assure cupcake lovers everywhere that the “bank” restocks the ATM’s pastry supply several times a day, ensuring a fresh cupcake with every order.
