A Roaring Good Time: Hugh Jackman And BBC1 Give Us A Taste Of “Wolverine: The Musical”

We already knew that Hugh Jackman could sing. We all remember his performance as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables, a role for which he won the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Musical.

For the Matt Edmonson Show on BBC1, he sang a parody of “Who I Am” (a song from the Les Mis) that was especially written for him by the BBC team. You can hear the X-Men actor belt out how playing Wolverine is not an easy task.

I cannot eat this ice cream anymore/ I need a body people can adore/ I gave up junk food that I know/ I made that bargain long ago.”

X-Men: Days of Future Past will open in cinemas on May 23. However, for Wolverine, the Musical, you will have to wait.
