Fans have been waiting for Kate Bush’s headlining tour for quite some time, and now their patience has paid off! Not only will there be a show, all twenty-two (22) shows at London’s Eventim Apollo were sold out in fifteen (15) minutes! Bush admits that she was quite “overwhelmed” by the quick sellouts.
Bush expressed her gratitude, “I’m completely overwhelmed by the response to the shows. Thank you so much to everyone. Looking forward to seeing you all later this year.”
It’s easy to see why all of her fans were jumping at the chance of seeing her live, since she hasn’t performed in a tour setting since 1979. At that time she had the chance to perform at the exact venue while touring the first time. She will perform from August 26 until October 1st.
