Former Backstreet Boy heartthrob, Nick Carter, broke millions of girls’ hearts last year when he said he “would never get married.” Now those girls have a different reason to cry, because Carter took back his words and recently married actress and fitness guru, Lauren Kitt. The 34 year old singer tied the knot with Kitt on Saturday April 12th in Santa Barbara.
Last February, Carter and Kitt got engaged on a run-down boat on a small island they call “Engagement Island,” which resides by the Florida Keys. Carter sealed the deal with a massive 7-carat pear-shaped diamond.
A.J. McLean, Nick’s Backstreet Boys bandmate, took to Instagram with a picture of the rehearsal dinner, saying “the wedding that most of you thought would never happen, bum I’m so happy it is finally!”
Congrats Mr and Mrs Carter!
