Let’s add yet another chapter to the Justin Bieber legal saga, shall we?
The Confident singer and his entourage landed at LAX in California a couple of hours ago, and customs officials held him there to question him about his recent legal snafus, including charges for egging a neighbor’s home and assaulting a limo driver last year.
This is apparently standard procedure. It’s unclear whether or not he has been allowed to leave the airport yet.
Bieber was returning from Japan, where he was caught up in a misunderstanding yesterday over a shrine. He stopped to take a photo with it as he was passing by, and it turned out that the shrine was there to honor Japanese war criminals.
Honestly, though, how was he supposed to know that?
Bieber later issued an explanation and an apology via Instagram.
