Avril VS Rihanna: Which Celeb Would You Fork Out Your Hard Earned Cash To Meet?

If you pay $400 to meet your favourite celebrity, what would you expect to happen? A nice picture, maybe a hug or a peck on the cheek? It’s not really a stretch. We’ve seen celebrities do that with their fans for years, and most of the time fans don’t even have to pay.

Well don’t get your hopes up if you’re an Avril Lavigne fan.  A recent tour to Brazil found the singer charging fans over $400, earning them a ‘no touch’ policy from security. Unless the music star initiates first contact, fans are ordered to keep their distance. Judging from the pictures, Lavigne did not want contact with any of her fans. Add to that the  ‘cringe worthy’ awkward  smiles, and you’ve got a memorable celebrity photo.

This, of course reminds us of another music star who takes some of the best meet and greet pictures ever. Rihanna, who’s fan photos are the complete opposite of Lavigne’s, allows her fans to literally grope her in their pictures just for the fun of it.  In various poses, RiRi would hug or kiss her fans, much to their delight.

Now isn’t that worth more than $400? Some people would pay a thousand bucks to take those kinds of pictures with a star as big as Rihanna–I certainly would!
