Got $1.8 million lying about? Can’t get enough of Mickey Mouse and friends? Then Disney’s latest development might be just the ticket.
Disney’s latest project is a massive 980 acre estate on the grounds of Walt Disney World in Florida. With houses starting at $1.8 million it’s not going to be cheap to own a little bit of the happiest place on Earth, the 400+ homes will feature everything from ‘Hidden Mickey’s’ in the staircases to a Snow White themed fountain area.
These dream homes in the heart of the magic are situated in a gated community, and all houses come with perks such as park passes, park to door transportation, and a private clubhouse featuring a restaurant and a concierge! Residents will have access to the spa and dining rooms at the resort’s brand new Four Seasons hotel, which opens next summer.
There are three different ranges of homes available, starting with the ‘Village’ homes themed around the Mediterranean to the .75 acre ‘Grand Estate’ homes for larger or extended families.
One thing’s for sure, with some houses selling for as much as $7 million, this is a slice of the magic most of us can only dream of!
Maybe if we all wish on a star…
