I guess surprising the fans is a good thing?
Nicki Minaj has officially dropped her new single “Pills & Potions,” and it’s not at all what I expected to hear from the 31-year-old rapper.
The sweeping ballad, along with her signature rapping, is the lead single off of her upcoming album The Pink Print. Nicki had previously promised that her new album would be a departure from her last, saying it wouldn’t include anything like “Super Bass.”
Well, this IS different…I was just expecting some more hard rapping. That’s all.
