It’s a sad day in Lakewood, NJ.
A 2 1/2 year old girl was struck and killed by a car turning into a driveway. The young girl was talking with her father and another sibling when she was knocked over by the car.
The father and driver were able to take her out from under the car. She was rushed to the hospital and was pronounced dead.
Police are still investigating and have not commented on if charges will be filed.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
