Ever wonder what would happen if your favorite Disney villains had kids of their own? All your questions will be answered when the newest Disney Channel Original Movie, The Descendants, hits TV screens.
Set for release in 2015, this musical comedy adventure sets the scene where the worst baddies in the land are exiled and cut off from the world. Twenty years later, Ben, the son of Belle and the Beast, uses his authority as heir to the throne to free the children and offer redemption.
The movie will be based around the quartet of characters including: Mal ( Dove Cameron), Jay (Booboo Stewart), Evie (Sofia Carson) and Carlos ( Cameron Boyce) as they attend school and have encounters of their own with some of the children of our most loveable Disney heroes: Mulan’s daughter Lonnie, Cinderella’s son Chad and even Dopey’s son Doug.
Descendants features an incredible cast starring Kristin Chenoweth as Maleficent, Kathy Najimy as the Evil Queen, Maz Jobrani as Jafar, and Wendy Raquel Robinson as Cruella de Vil.
Will the children end up just like their parents? Or will they form their own identities? We will find out when the Descendants hits the Disney Channel in 2015.
