E! Online is reporting that, according to a source, brunette bombshell Zoe Saldana and her husband Marco Perego are expecting their first child together. The Guardians of the Galaxy actress has been avoiding baby bump rumors for weeks.
The couple, who were married last summer, have not yet commented on this news. There was an earlier report that The Hollywood Reporter had a confirmation from her publicist, but the story has since been removed.
Saldana has not hidden her desire to have children over the years, and has said in the past that she wants “two or three” kids.
She said, “I love the anxiety, the pressure of the loud room full of yapping kids. But I’m a kid myself. I get along very well with animals and children. I dig them. I get them. They make perfect sense to me. A child makes perfect sense to me. A child speaks more sense than an adult half of the time.”
Are the rumors that Saldana is carrying a baby true? Until we hear from her we won’t know for sure, but the Hollywood rumor mill is definitely buzzing.
