While speaking with The Insider With Yahoo!, Nick Cannon confirmed what many of us already knew:
That he and wife Mariah Carey are living separately.
The America’s Got Talent host said this:
“There is trouble in paradise. We have been living in separate houses for a few months.”
And added:
“My main focus is my kids.”
It appears that’s all we’ll be hearing from Cannon, however, because according to TMZ, he’s been hit with a gag order from Carey’s legal team. Unfortunately for him as well, the gag order is pretty much one-sided.
Cannon is no longer allowed to address the split in public, or he will face severe financial penalties. Carey on the other hand, is able to announce the divorce on her terms.
Fair?
Not at all. Maybe you need some new lawyers, Nick!
