Take a moment to marvel at the brand new American Horror Story: Freak Show poster released earlier today from The Hollywood Reporter! The poster offers an official first look at the bountiful cast in the upcoming 1950’s freak show themed series. First glance shows us a dual headed Dot and Bette Tattler portrayed by Sarah Paulson, Michael Chiklis playing the strong man, and apparently Kathy Bates as the bearded lady?!
The promotional shot additionally offers a peek at returning cast members such as Angela Bassett, Frances Conroy, and Evan Peters (hooray!) with Jessica Lange calling the shots in the very front of the troupe for Lange’s final season. Series creator Ryan Murphy excited the fans, telling The Hollywood Reporter that he directed the premiere episode for the first time since the season one pilot
