We may know him as a football player on Glee, but it looks like Blake Jenner may be donning a baseball uniform for a new film.
According to Deadline, Jenner has been approached to star in That’s What I’m Talking About a new movie by Richard Linklater.
Fresh off his success from Boyhood, which critics have described as the best film of 2014, Linklater is set to tackle the story of a college baseball team in the 1980’s in this new movie.
Other actors being tapped for the project are Teen Wolf‘s Tyler Hoechlin and 21 Jumpstreet‘s Wyatt Russell.
The film is said to follow the same tone as Linklater’s cult classic Dazed and Confused which helped launch the careers of Ben Aflleck and Matthew McConaughey. Wonder if it’ll do the same thing for this young men?
