Preview Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross’ “Gone Girl” Soundtrack

Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross joined forces and worked their magic on the official soundtrack of the upcoming film, Gone Girl.

Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross are very well-known collaborators, especially when it comes to crafting music for soundtracks. The duo once again joined their forces and worked their magic in the studio for the official soundtrack of the upcoming film, Gone Girl.

The two have previously teamed up on the Oscar-winning soundtrack of The Social Network and the Golden Globe-nominated music of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. The duo have done it again and shared a preview of the soundtrack on Nine Inch Nails official website. You can listen to the music by clicking here. Reznor stated that the soundtrack for the film was inspired by “terrible music you hear in massage parlors” and he was even found working with a live orchestra on it.

Gone Girl is an upcoming mystery film, based on Gillian Flynn’s novel of the same name. David Fincher’s screen adaptation takes from a screenplay written by Flynn, with Ben Affleck, Rosamund Pike, Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry and Carrie Coon leading the cast.

The movie is scheduled to arrive in theaters on October 3, 2014.
