Avril Lavigne was joined by friends and beloved ones, as she celebrated her 30th birthday last Saturday. The songstress is rumored to be getting a divorce from husband, Chad Kroeger, and his absence from the party definitely didn’t help put these rumors to bed.
The “Girlfriend” hitmaker took to The Banks Nightclub in Las Vegas for her birthday bash and seemed incredibly happy. She looked gorgeous in a pink strapless dress and had her blonde hair beautifully done. Her cake was also a thing to notice, as it looked like a huge cupcake with a cherry on top. However, the one obviously missing from the celebration was her husband, Chad Kroeger.
This only further fuels the rumors that the two have been separated since May. Despite suspicious events speaking louder than words, no official statement has been made regarding the allegations. After all, sources want Kroeger telling people that he’s getting a divorce.
Avril Lavigne and Nickelback’s frontman walked down the isle in July of last year and at the time seemed deeply in love. If there’s any truth in the rumors, it’s a shame that their marriage would hardly last a year.
