Pharrell And Daft Punk Are One With Nature In New ‘Gust Of Wind’ Video

Not many people can throw a dance party in the forest with Daft Punk and pull it off, but Pharrell somehow does it in his Gust Of Wind music video.

Pharrell Williams is unstoppable when it comes to his G I R L era, isn’t he? Spawning one single after the other and seeing the successful era going on strong, the artist has now premiered the music video for another track off the album, “Gust Of Wind”.

The track serves as a collaboration with his “Get Lucky” partners, Daft Punk. The visuals were directed by Edgar Wright and find Pharrell Williams in the forest, taking a walk around. The story clearly takes place in autumn as leaves fall to the ground, while there are also lots of beautiful ladies accompanying him. They are all back-up dancers who perform an exquisite piece of choreography. Two giant stone-made helmets also appear to make the robots’ presence perceptible.

The Daft Punk-assisted track arrives after the release of previous singles, “Happy”, “Marilyn Monroe”, and “Come Get It Bae”. Whether this one and “It Girl” will be officially released as the fourth and fifth singles lifted from the record is unknown, but for the time being they’re promotional ones.

Take a look at the video and let us know what you think of Pharrell’s forest walk.
