Game Of Thrones has gained a lot of fans worldwide ever since the premiere of its very first season. Back in the day, when Jason Momoa had a role in the show as Khal Drogo, we used to be hearing a lot of the Dothraki native language.
Now if you want to speak like The Great Khal, there’s a way, as it seems the fanbase of the television phenomenon is interested in learning how to speak Dothraki themselves–and now there’s an app to do so.
Dothraki Companion, as they call it, was brought forward by book publisher Random House and is available for iOS users only – sorry Android fans! Through playful methods of tutoring, it is supposed to be teaching Game Of Thrones fans the fictional language. More specifically, it involves interactive games, flashcards, a grammar summary, and some pieces of Dothraki historic and cultural evolution.
In case you are really keen on learning Dothraki, you can also use David J. Peterson’s book for it, as he’s the one who put the language together for Game Of Thrones in the first place.
The application can be found in the Apple Store and is available for $0.99 in the Untied States and £2.49 in the United Kingdom.
