It may not be the Griswold’s, but we’ll still take it!
Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo may be most well known for their hilarious roles in the National Lampoon series, but the duo are once again teaming up, this time for TV.
ABC has officially ordered the pilot for Chev & Bev, a comedy series focusing on a couple living in a retirement community who get the task of raising their grand-children.
Seriously, this could have been the plot of the next Lampoon movie!
Luckily for all of us though, there’s already a plot for that:
The two are also now filming the rebooted film to the classic series alongside a grown up Rusty (played by Ed Helms), with Christina Applegate and Leslie Mann.
All yours truly asks is that “Bev” calls “Chev” Sparky during the series…
