With Marvel’s current Universe about to come to an end and the Avengers gone, a brand-new, all-female gang called A-Force was introduced.

Marvel is currently in one of its best eras, with the most A-list superheroes in action and the Avengers going strong. With the Marvel Universe up for a change after the Secret Wars and the well-known team gone, it’s now been announced that a brand-new gang of ladies will be coming forward.

The endless Marvel Universe has a lot yet to bring to the table and these girls are now about to arrive in the comic books as A-Force. From She-Hulk to Medusa, a great line-up of female characters is being prepared to shake the world. A brand-new character with cosmic powers, named Singularity, will also be introduced. In co-writer G. Willow Wilson’s words:

“She-Hulk, Dazzler, Medusa, Nico Minoru and other fan favorites, will take charge. We’ve purposefully assembled a team composed of different characters from disparate parts of the Marvel U, with very different power sets, identities and ideologies.”

The A-Force comics will be penned by G. Willow Wilson and Margaurite Bennet, while Jorge Molina in artwork duties. All we have to do is wait to figure out what this female-led Avengers group will be all about and of course anticipate for their debut Marvel’s Cinematic Universe as well.
