Three of five members of the popular British boy band One Direction joined James Corden in promoting his run on The Late Late Show in a new 16 second teaser.
Harry Styles, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson, along with Corden standing in for Zayn Malik and Reggie Watts standing in for Niall Horan, feature with Payne saying, “We’ll be watching The Late Late Show with James Corden featuring Reggie Watts.”
The short video was aired during the Grammy Awards Ceremony on Sunday 8th February.
The boy band are long-time friends of Corden’s, being frequent guests on his show A League of Their Own, and the video may confirm rumours of the band’s involvement in the kick off to Corden’s run as host.
Corden takes over as host of The Late Late Show on March 23rd, replacing Craig Ferguson who aired his final show back in December.
