Tinashe Shares Video For ‘Bated Breath’

Tinashe is deep into the promotional era for her debut studio album, ‘Aquarius’, and has now dropped the music video for an album cut, “Bated Breath”.

Even though it took a while for “2 On” to catch on, Tinashe managed to hit the scene big this year with her debut record, Aquarius. The promising newcomer is still making sure people are aware of her various artistic shades, with the premiere of a video for another promotional tune from the album, “Bated Breath”.

The up and coming urban sirene got videographer Stephen Garnett on board for the 9-minute clip. Tinashe proved she’s staying real to her artistry with this music video, since there was no label support and she had to ditch the budget and do it all alone. The visuals find her running around the Mojave Desert and posing here and there, getting all dirty with the sand and delivering emotions beautifully with her movement. Less is more for her this time around and she makes it work perfectly throughout, further proving herself to potential doubters.

“Bated Breath” serves as the fourth visual coming from Aquarius, even though the track is not an official single. The Iggy Azalea-assisted remix of “All Hands On Deck” will serve as the third tune to be receiving the single treatment from the record, following the ScHoolBoy Q-featuring “2 On” and “Pretend” with A$AP Rocky. If one thing is for sure, it’s that we haven’t seen the last of Tinashe and she has a lot yet to give to the industry.

Take a look at the clip for “Bated Breath” below.
