Ewan McGregor And Stanley Tucci Join All-Star Beauty And The Beast Cast

Ewan McGregor & Stanley Tucci will be our guests!

Mr. Star Wars Ewan McGregor is set to play Lumiere in Disney’s live action remake of Beauty and the Beast.

Lumiere is of course the suave candlestick from the 1991 motion picture (has it really been that long?!).

He will be paired up with the legendary Sir Ian Mckellen, who will be playing Cogsworth, the uppity clock who accompanies Lumiere throughout the story.

It has also been announced that Stanley Tucci will be playing the role of Cadenza, a new role that has been developed for the film.

McGregor joins an impeccable cast in the shape of Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the Beast,  Luke Evans as Gaston, Josh Gad as Gaston’s goofy sidekick LeFou,  Emma Thompson as Mrs Potts,  Kevin Kline as Maurice and Gugu Mbatha-Rawe will play Lumiere’s lady friend, the flirtatious Plumette.

The film started shooting this month and won’t air until March 2017.
