I cannot accept your apology after the emotional devastation you caused me at such a young and tender age, Ms. Rowling (although I will forever love and adore you).

One of the most beloved authors in the world, J.K. Rowling, has finally made an apology years after she left us all sobbing in the aftermath of the Battle of Hogwarts.

Staying true to her witty personality, Rowling posted the tweet below expressing her remorse:

The apology came at an apt time, considering May 2 is the anniversary of the game-changing battle in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
