Splatoon has definitely been a game on the horizon! It has cute animations, lots of color, and mass multiplayer fun–what more could you ask for?
If you guys are wondering what on earth I could be talking about, let me shed my gaming knowledge upon you.
Splatoon is a third person shooter developed and published by Nintendo. The object of the game is to cover the arena in your designated color. Of course, Nintendo went family-friendly on this game. My sisters would love it! Nintendo is planning on a marketing campaign that will rival their own Mario Kart 8.
Nintendo UK’s campaign manager Chandra Nair says, “We have a substantial campaign planned for Splatoon. To give you an idea of the scale, we’re matching Mario Kart 8 – that’s the potential we think Splatoon has.”
Is anyone else excited for Splatoon too?! I know I sure am, the game releases in Japan on May 28 and around the world May 29, 2015.
