Ryan Reynolds meets up with kids from the “Make a Wish” foundation as Deadpool, making their dreams of meeting their favorite anti-hero come true!

It takes an actor to make a movie, but a different, special kind of person to make a superhero, and that’s what Ryan Reynolds is. At least, to the two young cancer patients whose dreams were to meet Deadpool, the snarky anti-hero.

Tony, who is currently fighting Hodgkin’s Disease, came to visit Ryan on set and snuck Deadpool’s mask and gloves.

Ryan shared these photos on his instagram:

Calista, who suffers from a brain tumor, also joined Ryan on set. Calista was added into the film in a walk-on role and also went home with one of Deadpool’s swords.

What a man, seriously. Deadpool is one of my favorite super antiheroes, and it’s awesome to see him acknowledge his greatest fans.
