During the Star Wars: The Force Awakens panel at San Diego Comic Con, fans were pleasantly surprised and thrilled when they saw Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia), and Harrison Ford (Han Solo). Yup you read that correctly–Harrison Ford!
The crowd went nuts as Ford was limping his way on stage during the panel. Ford, who suffered injuries from his plane crash in March, stated simply, “I’m fine.” Up until this point, Ford has been pretty M.I.A. since his crash, even missing other big Star Wars events. Still recovering from it, you can imagine how fans must have felt seeing him there at the panel.
Ford joined Lucasfilms President Kathleen Kennedy, Director JJ Abrams, writer Lawerence Kasdan, and cast mates (including Hamill and Fisher).
When asked how he felt about being back, he said, “It should have felt ridiculous. It was 30-frmmph years ago, and I grew up!”
