Gwen Stefani has filed for divorce from rocker husband Gavin Rossdale after 13 years of marriage.
Gwen cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ in the papers and is asking for joint custody when it comes to their 3 children. Gavin has already filed his response to the joint custody claim, asking for the same.
This could mean something was brewing, seeing as he was all set with a response.
The kicker in all of this, is that the now former couple does NOT have a prenup. Being under California law, 50/50 community property kicks in. Gwen is said to be worth a staggering $80 mill, with Gavin in the $45 mill ballpark. Everything will probably be divided up pretty quickly seeing how long they were married.
Unless one of them fights it.
They have 3 boys together: 9 year old Kingston, 6 year old Zuma, and 1 year old Apollo.
