At 25, most of us won’t be able to say we’ve accomplished what Jasmine Twitty has this past week. The twenty-something has become South Carolina’s youngest judge, making history. Twitty broke the internet this week as a photo of her being appointed as a judge went viral. The College of Charleston alumna has dedicated most of her career in aiding young people; her passion being helping them succeed in the professional world. Now, she has one more achievement on her list to check off.

Twitty is now a much needed role model in the role of government for young people, especially black women, who only fill a percent of government positions. We can’t wait to see what this young lady accomplishes in the very near future.
Jasmine, we wish you the best of luck and thank you for inspiring us all!
