Australian Woman Photographs Seal Riding Whale, For Real!

Robyn Malcom was taking some photos of a full-on feeding frenzy in the ocean just about a mile south of Eden,  in New South Wales. The action of the animals, including birds, dolphins, whales and seals, was moving so quickly, Malcom was snapping picture-after-picture trying to catch all of it.

It wasn’t until she was going through the photos she took, did she notice something amazing. It turns out s

he had taken a photograph of a seal, and it was riding on the back of a whale! What does Malcom have to say about it?

I couldn’t tell you, to be honest. There was so much going on, so many different animals – birds, dolphins, all of it – I was just amazed.

Why shouldn’t a seal enjoy some  good surfing every once in a while? This one definitely rides this whale like a freaking boss!
