Kat Graham is known for her role in The CW’s The Vampire Diaries, but she’s also a songstress and is actually preparing to drop her long-awaited, debut studio album, Roxbury Drive. The multi-talented artist has now premiered the accompanying music video for her latest, Babyface-assisted single, titled “Secrets”.
Directed by Darren Genet, the visuals for the synth-heavy, sensual “Secrets” find Kat Graham floating around as if she’s in the water, in front of a black backdrop. Sometimes her face is seen underwater in a bathtub and she eventually gets out all anxious, but she’s mostly swiming left and right in her white dress, all lost in the black surroundings. Eventually, she gets out and sees the sun, walking down to a total-green and sunlit forest. Unfortunately, legendary producer Babyface is nowhere to be seen in the clip, despite receiving feature credit on the song.
“Secrets” is the second official single to be lifted from the songstress forthcoming, debut studio album, Roxbury Drive, and is a follow-up to the retro-sounding “1991”. Kat Graham is expected to release the record in less than a week, on September 25. Until it’s out, take a look at the music video for her current single below.
