The creator of Forever, Matt Miller, may not have have that show anymore, but he is getting a Lethal Weapon reboot for FOX. The series will follow the plot from the films famously starring Mel Gibson and Danny Glover. The show will follow Martin Riggs and Roger Murtaugh, played respectively by Gibson and Glover. I’m sure the original actors will not be hitting the small screen for this project, but I am sure Miller will have the right people in mind if he has any say.
Miller will be reuniting with Dan Lin, who he worked with on Forever. This show should prove funny and action-packed. I’ve always loved the films and look forward to the reboot. Normally, I’m cautious about reboots, but, with Miller at the helm, I have a lot of confidence. I mean, he was the man behind Chuck, which is one of my all-time favorites!
